wifi has stopped working after buying data plan

i have a blackberry bold 9780 and i'm on prepaid service.

my wifi connection was working until i bought a one day data pass. i don't know what to do. i don't wanna play around with my phone and screw it up even more.

Welcome to the community!

You may need to change the default browser on your phone back to Hotspot. This may not be the exact menu path, but should give you an idea: Options > Advanced Options > Browser > Default browser configuration: set to Hotspot Browser.
