@ i have a sumsung s20 ultra certified pre owned purchased in august of 2022. the charging port is not working and i have been getting the run around from both Fido and Samsung on whom is responsible for fixing this and whether it is under warranty. I am positive it is in fact under a 12 month warranty as read on Fidos website but they say its a samsung issue but samsung says the warranty is not transferable to a certified pre owned. someone help back me up and tell me whats right and wrong!!

The warranty is in fact 12 months for CPO Android devices as stated on the website here.
The warranty will be through Samsung and if they are refusing then I would suggest you ask to speak to a manager and have them verify.
