text messages keep saying status pending

Hi there, I have been noticing recently that some of my conacts will sit at delivery pending for a long time and not recieve my text messages. Using an LG G3, wondering if it is a known problem and how to fix

Do you notice a specific trend when this happens? Do you have poor reception , are you in a specific place or is it random ?

Welcome to the community!

Do you have alot of text messages stored on your phone you can try deleting some or try clearing the messaging app cache and see if it helps.

I myself notice I get that problem the message would just sit there saying sending, I've even experience delayed message, duplicate message but Fido did not acknowledge there is.problem on their end.
