switched from koodo, I want to keep my old phone number.

Hello, I switch from koodo to fido today, I wanted to use my old number. Fido worker did this request thingy and I got the text from koodo saying that I need to reply yes in a certain timeframe.. I was a bit late on the "reply in 90 mimutes" text so is there a way I can get that porting text again from koodo? Help?

Since you missed the timeframe to reply Koodo most likely rejected the port request. You will need to contact Fido customer service again and ask them to send the port request again.
