I ordered a Huawei tables with an added line for two-year contract by call. It shipped on June 21 2020, when it reached to me, I rejected it and returned it to the sender because I change my mind, I would like to cancel it. Normally it could be reach to the sender within 15-day satisfication guarantee period but it delayed for a long time. Since June 29, there is no any updates on courier website until now. I called courier Purolator, the agent said she would help me, but then nothing works on my shipment. Now it has already exceeded the 15-day satisfaction guarantee period due to the delay of shipment. I do not know how to solve it, does fido contact the Purolator?
