We know you're excited to get your new phone and we're doing our absolute best to get everyone their device as quick as possible. The reality however is that the phones are extremely popular and our suppliers are having some trouble keeping up with demand. As soon as we get the devices though they get shipped out to those who have placed orders 
In terms of when exactly you'll get it we can't say for sure but as soon as it ships out you'll get a tracking number by e-mail. Current delays for the phone are a minimum of 4 weeks however if you ordered it 3 weeks ago you should be one of the next ones to get it.
