Hello.
Basically, I bought a new SIM card today, as I lost my old one. I purchased it at the store, and she lady was supposed to activate it to my account. She had my account information up, and scanned the SIM card, and I took it home, to find out that it is just saying "Unregistered SIM". I can't Update my SIM in My Account, because I don't have the old SIM card number.
Any help?

Call in. They can do switch you to the new SIM without you having the old SIM. If you do it online you need both handy.
