I've called twice and provided my IMEI to try and unlock my phone for my trip this coming Friday.
Both times, I have been provided the same unlock code but when I enter it in, it says unlock failed.
Please contact me ASAP as I need this device unlocked for my trip.
Are you getting any error message? If you are, what is the exact error?
Could you also confirm that these are the steps that you're following to complete your unlock:
- Turn off your phone.
- Remove your Fido SIM card from your phone.
- Insert another carrier’s SIM card back into your phone.
- Turn on your phone, and enter the unlock code when prompted.
Lastly, have you reached back out to customer service to inquire if they can request a new unlock code for your device?
