My 2 years contract is finish. I want to keep my phone. Can I make a new plan online ?

If you do not want to upgrade your phone you can continue using the phone and plan as is, if you would like to change your plan or finance a new device you can do it through the self-serve method on fido.ca this way you will not be charged the $50 fee if you were to do through customer service or at a store.
