how do i getahold of support if my phone keeps droping calles for the past 12 hours

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing dropped calls.
If this issue continues to exist, you may contact our technical support team from any other phone by dialing 1-888-481-3436.
If not already done, I would suggest powering off your phone, removing the battery and the SIM card, and turn it back on and see if the network is more stable. Also, depending on which model phone you have, you may try restoring / resetting it to see if that helps.
