iPhone Visual Voicemail add-on

When I choose a new plan, a message says

These items are either already included or incompatible with your new plan, so they'll be removed.

Value Pack - iPhone Visual Voicemail - $7.00

Then I have the option to select a new add-on: "Premium Voicemail-To-Text Value Pack"

The "full details" states "Not compatible with iPhone, BlackBerry or Android Visual Voicemail apps."

Is there no way to get iPhone visual voicemail on a new plan?

We do still offer our value pack with iPhone Visual Voicemail and as long as you have an iPhone on file you should be able to add it

We'll have to check out your account to see what's going on, and to get that added for you!
