iPhone 6s glitch

I have had 3 different iPhone 6 or 6s. Bright star protection plan refuses to give me a different phone but all the same. Even Apple lost a lawsuit due to glitches among more problems. What do I do

Welcome to the community!

 

Brightstar can only fix or replace the same phone in cases where the phone is not available anymore they will give you a comparable model. 

 

If the phone in question is plagued with problems and if Apple lost lawsuits here in Canada depending on what the lawsuits are for Apple is who you should be contacting regarding this.
