I need new phone and things have changed now with plans and device charges. Any suggestions of ur fave phones....

I have had 3 different iPhone 6 or 6s. Bright star protection plan refuses to give me a different phone but all the same. Even Apple lost a lawsuit due to glitches among more problems. What do I do
