Can you please clarify process as the "phone upgrade" option is not available and it says we have to call. So, we call for an upgrade on the 14th?

Yes you need to call them unless they fix the system. The only problem is those who have more than 6 months left of their current contract are not eligible for an upgrade! I got the iPhone4 on the day it was released and they told me today that I can't upgrade untill January. Very disappointed!
