Today my plan was supposed to change but not data. And all of a sudden I can't use 3G internet anymore. Wi-Fi is OK. Is there anyway to turn it on? I don't wanna wait until tomorrow and I don't wanna be hours on hold to get it fixed.

Just for future reference, any time you change your plan your phone needs to be reset. This allows the phone to synchronize with the network and update your service. Usually this is done by pulling the battery from the phone. It's a little more difficult on an iPhone because you can't do a battery pull, but you seem to have found the proper option. Take care.
