I have been waiting for my new iPhone and no update it's in back order can Fido at least say that it's currently on back order instead of just making you wait so I know to get another phone so I don't have to wait been a customer for over 20years doesn't feel like it I have ordered multiple phones true Fido and still they came within 2 weeks I order a iPhone 15 Pro and I'm told back order in September when new iPhones usually come

Did u get ur iPhone yet? For me it's been 4 weeks now. Going 5th week now. I placed order on Sept 21 2024 and still not given any update.

Sorry to hear that, we understand how important it is to receive your new phone! 

 

If your device is backordered, you should have received an email mentioning there's a delay in your order and will be sent out to you ASAP. You'll know it's on the way once you receive an email with the tracking number.

Hello @Husky666 , you don't mention if you've contacted fido support regarding your back order. I wish we could solve that for you, but we don't have any access to account information here on a community forum. May I suggest sending a private message to fidosolutions through Twitter or Facebook and have someone look into your order further? Perhaps they can suggest other options. Cheers
