iPhone 13 on back order?

Hello! Recently I exchanged my iPhone 13 Pro for a Pro Max and was told it would arrive within this week. However, I just received an email stating that I've been put on back order? What does this mean for my phone? How much longer will I have to wait?

It means the device is out of stock at Fido while they work to get more they strive their best to get stock ASAP there isn't a timeline that can be guarantee. As soon as they get more in stock you will receive your device.
