iPhone 11 connectivity issues

I purchased a new iPhone 11 in late Feb 2020.  Before this I had an iPhone 8 with Fido.  Both devices I purchased from Apple.  I noticed since switching the to the 11.  I get only two of the four bars of network service.  Sometimes when I'm out of a major city in Canada I lose service all together, even though my 8 worked fine I these locations before and the small towns are in Fido's service maps.  

ive spoke with and messaged Fido customer support and Apple customer support.  I did a factory reset, changed sim, network reset, changed devices etc.  And I still only two bars.  I'm close to giving up and moving providers.   Help
