Re: how to get 3g setting on my htc desire z

Hey htc_desire_z!

I know this is an old post but I thought I would provide some up-to-date information about the APN settings required in order to be able to access the internet/use MMS on Fido's network when using an unlocked device in case anyone else were to have a similar question. :smileyhappy:

The APN settings are the following:

    • APN: Fido-core-appl1.apn
    • If you have a LTE device, use the following setting: LTEMOBILE.APN

MMS (Picture & Video Messaging Settings):

Leave the following fields blank: Proxy, Port, User Name, Password, Server.

Once you have programmed these settings in your device, you will be able to access the internet and/or use MMS.

Hope this helps!
