Hi there imcall,
Just connect the phone to the PC, over your drive and search for DCIM (or something like that)
That folder will have all the photos you took with your camera, for downloaded photos, open and the Download folder, and for all other photos (like synced photos and stuff) open your Photos folder.
copy/paste and save accordingly,
