im trying to add a US combo travel pack, but when i try to go to my account on my phone i get a message saying connection failed

Have you got data blocked on your phone line? If not, are you able to access the My Account section on your phone at all? If data is blocked, you won't be able to access it. If you're unsure, you can contact customer service to verify.
