I've switched my plan to 100mb data byod plan (still using the fido phone, moto g1) and I get no cellular data.
There is a constant exclamation mark on the lte icon. Wifi data works fine.
I haven't changed any settings in the phone.
Adding a new access point doesn't work.

Hey @moonjo,
Just to clarify, was your phone purchased through us or is it unlocked?
Can you also tell me what exactly happens when you try to add the access point? Are you getting an error message?
