cant access internet.

i traded my blackberry pearl 8100 for a blackberry bold 9700 i am on prepaid 40 dollars a month plus the 25 a month for 500 mb data add on but cant access the internet with my bold 9700.it says browsing over the cellular network is not included as part of your current service plan to browse the web you must use wi-fi or contact your service provider to change your plan.

Your current data option is not a Blackberry data option. Therefore, you would not be able to access the internet with it. For Blackberry devices on a prepaid service, you would need to get:

- $20 for unlimited e-mails and instant messaging
Or
- $20 for unlimited social networking and instant messaging

None of them includes browsing though.
