cancellation fido service

Hi I want to cancell my phone service but I coudln't find where. I already checked my acount pages and e~~verythig. so PLEASE PLEASE give me A spesific pages how I can apply it. I already called for service agency and they are not answer for 15min.. or is it normal? 

I am not in Canada now so I cannot visit the center as well. and now I have to pay service fee eventhough I can not use it......

Cancellation can only be done by a Fido representative since you are out of the country you can use the live chat or message them through social media within normal business hours you can find all the different contact methods here. 

Fido even has a number you can call from abroad 1-514-925-4590.
