blackberry 9300 trackpad

i hear alot of people having this problem and if anyone has a solution it would be awesome to know. my trackpad has completely frozen and will not work. i desperatly need a solution as my phone is my lifeline. someone please help

Sorry to bump this old thread but was having the same issue and was ready to throw my Blackberry at a wall, I wont be getting another of their products anytime again.... After several battery pulls, extensive searching and still coming up empty, I pulled the SD card out of the device before it rebooted and voila, the thing works.... Not terribly technical I know but worth a try if you're having the same issues, as it also worked for a friend of mine who's text functions werent working...I will keep working on my aim tho

Have you tried a battery pull and a restore? If so, I would suggest you bring the phone in a Fido store for repair or exchange if the issue persists.
