is this problem still ongoing for everyone?
any solution found?
my bbm AND email stopped working on Sept 30th...can't send or receive
very frustrating!!

I believe the problem has been solved long ago.
I would re-send the service books to your handset first, do a battery pull as my next step, and see if it works before calling support. btw those 2 steps can be done on your own without calling customer service and generally fix 80% of the issues.

The problem is on BlackBerry's end, not Fido's. I was just watching CP24 and it made the headlines that BBM is down. it must be a big problem if it made the news
