i have a unlocked blackberry bold 9000 from rogers assigned to fido and all of a sudden my bbm and facebook are not working i dont have another phone to call from so i cant get them to "trouble shoot" my phone

re-send the service books. you dont even have to phone them just do it right from your phone, advanced, host routing table, register now, then click e-mail settings or go to fido.blackberry.com and sign in, then help and resend service books
