Hello NabN,
Welcome to the community!
According to their website, that phone should have these specifications:
* ZTE A2017G
TD-LTEοΌBand 38/40/41
FDD-LTEοΌ Band 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/19/20/28AB
UMTSοΌ Band 1/2/4/5/8
GSMοΌ Band 2/3/5/8
That phone would have all of the compatible bands/frequencies for 2G and '3G'. With regards to LTE, that phone would only have two of the compatible bands/frequencies. You can verify the compatible bands/frequencies here. Since the phone only has two of the compatible bands/frequencies coverage would depend on the corresponding frequencies on your surrounding towers. You can view your surrounding towers here.
You might need to verify the phone is using the correct APN settings. You can verify them here.
Hope this helps
Cheers
