Wifi calling randomly turns itself off while wifi signal is strong

Since I got the iphone 8+ I have noticed that the wifi calling will just turn itself off and revert to the cellular network. My wifi signal is very strong and fast, my cellular netowrk is very weak where I live. Why does it do this? Is there anything to be done?

Hey @TheTick

 

The iPhone 8 Plus should work fine for the Wi-Fi calling. When it comes to compatibility, you do need to be on IOS 9.0 or above. You can also find everything on setting this up here.

 

Following the instructions, let us know how it goes on your end.
