Wi-Fi Calling - IPhone XR - IOS 14.2

I can't enable Wi-Fi Calling on my Iphone.

The error message I get is always the same "To allow Wi-Fi Calling on this account, contact Fido.".

Can anybody help me?

I followed all the steps, and that is still the same error msg I got.

Your device is a Fido phone?

Also, can you try to fully restore your Iphone to see if you get the same result?

No, it is not. Actually my fido line is an e-Sim on this dual Sim Phone... Not sure if this would be a problem.

I can't restore my phone.

What kind of plan do you have on this line? Is it a data, talk and text plan or are you on a data only plan?

I have a plan with talk ad text only.

  I think that might be the reason you've been unable to access the Wifi-calling services. As far as I am aware, a plan with both voice and data is required:
