Fido

As I type this I am sitting on hold to speak to a live operator for 39 minutes now I called yesterday at 7pm and got a message that offices are closed yet you can call up to 9pm per website fido what is your deal???

I try to call fido between 6pm and 730pm tonight via 611 and the 1 888 number and follow all the direction they go to connect me to a customer service rep and then I get " we are closed call during regular business hours" Really Fido????
