Where is my order?

It's almost 2 weeks now and i recieved nothing yet! The delivery should be 2-5 business days.. im already paying the bill for first month and i'm not using the phone yet!.

Hi @tedenerson01 , I understand the anxiety around waiting on a new device. Unfortunately,  things are moving slowly right now and should pick up as soon as back orders are cleared. All of the weather events we've been having on the west coast has really impacted deliveries also. It's a crazy time for sure. I'm pretty sure you will hear something soon. Stay safe
