I ordered my iphone 13 pro 128Gb sierra blue on 21st February 2022 and I got an email saying Congratulations on your new phone 📱 Dhruvilkumar... and that is it ... it says it will arrive in 2- 5 business days but didn't got any confirmation email nor any shipment information yet it's 5th day and no emails from Fido.
Can anyone help me with this... that assistant Jack is useless 😕

Give Fido a call (611 on the handset) or enter something like "speak to representative" in the virtual assistant Jack menu. When the 1800 number shows up, write down the number and call the phone number and ask them to provide tracking number.
