Voicemail

I am new to Fido and got a message saying to set up voicemail press 1 for a short period of time and...

When I do that I get a message pop up that says go to menu, settings...

When I go in to menu, settings, voicemail, the voicemail number is greyed out and I am not able to set it.

Any suggestions?

That's quite odd, as you should be prompted to set up your PIN once you press and hold 1.
