Voicemail Greeting on my Iphone 13

Hello. Ever since I upgraded my iPhone 13 Pro to IOS 17, I've been having issues with my voicemail in that my iPhone now seems to overide my Fido greeting with a standard one. I've tried re-recording my greeting using the app on my phone but it still always defaults to the standard greeting. 

Has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it?  Thx.

Good morning @KDWms , have you checked with an apple store genius? They should be able to help you with that. It would seem like a setting on your device needs to be changed.

Thx. I dealt with Fido via FB Messenger and I think they've exhausted everything on their end. Calling Apple today.
