Voice mail accepts new calls when phone is off, but just rings when phone is on

A few weeks ago (hard to say) my voice mail changed.

It used to answer after 6 rings.  Now it does not answer at all.

Voice mail seems to be active and still working as if phone is off or in airplane mode etc, caller goes right to voicemail.

I cant find any settings or avice in the comunity.  Sorry if I missed it.

Are you saying that all calls go directly to your voicemail and do not ring your phone? It sounds like you might have activated forward all calls to voicemail, what is the make and model of the device you are currently using?

Hi @fjd0 , sounds like a call to fido support is in order. You can call*611 from your device and ask for technical support or you can contact them through any of the channels listed Here
