Vivaz Pro Any one have issues with sound quality?

I just bought a vivaz pro and i get poor sound quality from the speaker , not the speaker phone part but the speaker when you hold it to your ear. Anyone else have issues with that? Returned my phone and now they have to send it in for a repair. Not happy with getting it repaired since it is only a few days old.

I got a Vivaz Pro the other day. The sounds quality wasn't too bad. It is actually a bit worse then my previous phone, SE T715.

My phone actually sounded like listening to a blown speaker. Kind of crackly sound to it.

I have the same problem. It was ok when i first got it but after a couple of weeks it sounds blown.

I sent my phone in for warranty repair. They replaced the speaker and the antenna. The service was fast and simple.
