Very Frustrated with FIDOOOO

I have been with Fido for 0ver 10 years now and just got added my hiome interent with them too. 

I just upgraded my phone and planning to add another line to my account so in total Ill have 3 lines under my account. 

 

I was promised to get $10 disount for back friday and another loyalty $10 disount offer. However while i was on the phone the line got disonncted and when i called back the agent was not able to honour the sameoffer for me. IM so frustrated been spending hours on the phone with thema nd etting no where with this...
