Using my fido sim card on a verizon 4G lte samsung galaxy s6

hello

i have a unlocked verizon galaxy s6 edge i put in my fido sim card and entered the APN as recomended on fido website and everything works except the MMS which i cant send a recive 

if anyone knows whats the problem please advice

@eligreen you might have to enable data roaming for it to work, because your phone is from a different carrier and country some phones thinks its roaming and disable data usage. 

edit: are you able to send and receive regular text messages? It could also be you have the wrong message center number.

@eligreen check your APN settings and look for APN Type is there MMS in there?

@eligreen type this default,mms and make sure you hit save you might have to restart your phone also.

Are you using the default messaging app? Can you post a screenshot of your APN settings?

Also are you able to browse the web using the mobile data on the phone?

@eligreen Did you do a factory reset when you got the phone?

@eligreen I would suggest you do a factory reset then set it up for Fido again.
