Using iMessage in the U.S.

I was wondering if I get charged for each iMessage I send while in the U.S.? My data is turned off, but I send messages over wifi.

Hey taniashash!

If you use Wifi, it will be free to use iMessage. However, I'd suggest that you turn off Cellular data and Data roaming to make sure that your phone does not connect to the network by mistake should your Wifi connection drop.
