Urgent, number transfer issue

I just bought 2 lines under one account, but only one number  is shown when I access the account. So when I transfer the original number to fido, only one number works and another one is the temperary number. Under account, only showing one number.

 

Help, I worried about I lost the nubmer....

Thank you. but their service closed now, worried about my number...

I would not worry, if the port did not happen then the number will still be active with the other provider.
