Upgrade to iPhone 5S

Why won't Fido allow those that purchased an iPhone 4 in 2010 to upgrade next year? It's bad enough we have the world's longest contracts to begin with. I have to have had my iPhone 4 for 4 years before they let me upgrade.

hello, I got a 3 year plan in 2010, as of sep 13th i still have 1 year left. I've been told I can pay 33$ plus tax to get out of the contract and this is what I'll be doing to get the iphone5

I'm in a different situation than you, because mine started 2011 for some reason. I have read a lot of forums about people like me complaining. They don't seem to help here either.
