Upgrade pending

Hi,

I recently upgraded my phone but when I finished the process, I did not receive any confirmation emails about the upgrade. It usually sends me an email a few hours after that but not this time. When I go back and check my phone upgrade, it shows a message saying it is pending. So I wonder if anyone here can help me with that

You would receive a confirmation once the phone is shipped. If the phone is in higher demand, there may be some wait before shipping.
