Hi, I have tried upgrading my device and it did say that it successful but it still shows the upgrade pending sign. Can please someone help me with this?

Just to confirm, did you recently placed and order that had yet to be completed? If that's the case, you cannot place a new order until the previous one is completed or cancelled.
