I’ve switched carriers from Rogers to Fido my settings (iPhone 😎 says Rogers , should show Fido

Is your phone unlocked?
Have you tried manually updating your device's carrier settings under Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings there.
