Unlock request for LG Pad III 8.0

Hi,

How do I go about in unlocking my LG Pad III 8.0? Live Chat CSR says that all tablets are unlocked but when I put in an overseas SIM, as I'm travelling at the moment, the tablet is asking for a SIM Network Unlock PIN with 10 attempts. I've tried 2 other SIM from other providers so I don't think it's the SIM itself. If I pop in the same SIMs in my phone, it works.

Depending on when the tablet was purchased it might still be locked. If it is we can definitely help unlock it.

Turns out tablet was unlocked. Given an unlock code via PM which worked. My tablet was provided to me as part of a plan back in Dec 2016.
