I canceled my account yesterday due I'm going back my country a while. I tried to activate my phone but I couldn't open I need pin number.
I have used my phone more than 3months but I do not know why it is still unlock.
The mobile company in Korea told me I have to get unlock code number to open my device. I'm in Korea now so I cannot go to fido store in Canada.
