According to those specifications, that device has all of the compatible bands/frequencies. You can view the compatible bands/frequencies here. So, the device should work on the networks. You should note, however, since the device is not available from Fido, certain features (ie voLTE and/or Wifi-calling) will likely not be supported on that device.
In addition, you should also note that Fido does not currently offer 5G services (see here). You might consider verifying whether the device would be compatible with the 5G bands/frequencies from other providers, if you wish to someday access those services.

thank you. no wonder 3G/4G appeared no 5G. cannot use sim card for data only (no wifi) must be band compatiblity issue

Hmm, that's strange. That particular device does seem to have the required compatible bands/frequencies. Have you verified the phone is using the proper APN settings? You can view those settings here. Since the device is LTE-capable, it should be using ltemobile.apn
