UICC Update Fail 2

I keep receiving this message on my phone...it pops up every 5 minutes or so with a "cancel" or "accept" button.  Does anyone know what this means?

should i cancel or accept?  when i don't hit anything it just goes away on its own...

just accept it. a UICC is basically a 3G SIM Card. its trying to update the sim with the correct informaiton. its probaly poping up because you keep ignoring it.
