My friend is giving me his Fido Iphone 4S (no sim, no contract with the phone, I am not taking over his plan). I currently have a blackberry with a Blackberry data plan and no contract with Fido. Am I able to get an Iphone data plan without signing a contract with Fido? I realize I have to get an Iphone sim card in any case. Will I be able to use all features of the iphone? Any feedback on what I may encounter during this transition would be appreciated. Thanks.
